Roadmap for Sudan’s Future
What If Humans Came First?
A national vision for development, reform, and state-building, in which human development is both the central goal and the main driving force.
“So give good tidings to My servants, those who listen attentively to every word and follow the best of it. They are the ones whom Allah has guided, and they are people of sound understanding.”
Qur’an 39:17–18
Why this roadmap
Sudan, after the immense hardships it has endured, stands in urgent need of comprehensive national recovery. This roadmap is intended to contribute to building a strong, secure, prosperous, and resilient Sudan, one in which human development remains both the central objective and the principal driving force.
There can be no reconstruction without knowledge, no renaissance without awareness, and no sustainable progress without careful planning founded upon sound understanding.
It is offered as a trust to the youth of Sudan and the generations to come: those who stayed to defend the country, and those who were compelled to leave and will one day return with their knowledge and experience to rebuild it.
